Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles across Baltimore
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and job orders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and skill gaps

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience in Baltimore market
