Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and defect lifecycle tracking
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Document test results and provide actionable quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers on testing best practices
- Identify process improvements and implement test automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Certified ScrumMaster or ISTQB certification preferred
- Proven track record in fintech/financial services testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
