Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match top talent with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Leverage ATS systems and recruitment tools for efficient candidate pipeline management
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and staffing goals
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for improved performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in high-volume hiring and deadline-driven placements
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
