Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize IT service tickets using the ticketing system.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office hardware and software.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and security.
- Conduct basic user training on new software applications.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
