Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently using ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with user account management and access rights.
- Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation for on-site work in San Jose.
