Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures aligned with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and vulnerability testing for internal and external systems.
- Lead incident response efforts and forensic investigations to resolve security breaches.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Monitor security alerts and manage SIEM systems to ensure real-time threat detection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or CEH is highly required.
- Active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or network administration.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and endpoint protection.
