Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Process customer calls, emails, and chats efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information into our database systems.
- Support Sales: Assist in the sales process by qualifying leads and processing orders.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including potential weekends or evenings.
