Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Support on-site and remote troubleshooting requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and PowerShell
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
