Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal models) and assess their potential for commercial application.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors to secure investment and resources.
- Partner with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or scaling technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, including transformer models, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly desired.
