Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Assessment
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (ITU, WEF, OECD)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech commercialization projects
