Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation across enterprise workflows.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for future projects.
- Establish frameworks for Future of Work initiatives and digital transformation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends up to 2026.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in the Silicon Valley or US tech ecosystem.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
