Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation artificial intelligence models and systems.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaborating with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive landscape shifts to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure and ensure ethical AI practices are maintained.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and board members in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
