You will be based in our San Francisco headquarters, working alongside elite engineers and product architects to drive innovation that impacts millions of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for fiscal year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of next-generation machine learning models.
- Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and business goals.
- Foster partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, high-impact AI products.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
