Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision that aligns with organizational goals.
- Analyze emerging market trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain 3.0, and Neuro-technology, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to transition current R&D projects into scalable products by 2026.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term strategic initiatives and report on progress to the C-Suite.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological adoption and regulatory changes.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of strategic planners and futurists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or executive consulting within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of current and future technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
