Qualifications

- Proven track record leading complex R&D projects with 10+ team members
- Mastery of distributed systems architecture across 3+ cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 stack and decentralized consensus mechanisms
- Certification in quantum computing architecture (e.g., IBM Q, Rigetti)
