- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives for prototype development and rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to leverage cutting-edge research
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks and responsible AI governance protocols
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and market volatility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market timing principles
