Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications in healthcare and logistics
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Develop sustainable tech solutions for carbon-negative data centers
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Shape industry standards through participation in IEEE and WEF tech councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or neural network systems
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
