Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in agile sprints.
- Present future tech scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI on future-focused projects.
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies.
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and develop contingency strategies for market volatility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive tech products/solutions.
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech.
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO-level, Innovation Management) or advanced degree in relevant field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for innovation initiatives.
- Strong network within tech futurist communities (e.g., Singularity University, IEEE).
