Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions through agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integrations
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for tech policy advocacy
- Produce thought leadership content positioning our company as the 2026 tech authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year vision
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three technology foresight projects implemented
