Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adopting next-gen technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into implementable solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization timelines
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through policy advisory boards
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futuristic technology strategies
