Responsibilities
- Architect and design highly scalable, secure, and resilient AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 technological capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our tech stack at the absolute forefront of the industry.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices.
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale Generative AI and LLM solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, distributed computing, and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active US Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred but not required).
