Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and human-machine symbiosis systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous AI deployment and biotech integration
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members at quarterly innovation forums
- Mentor junior researchers in foresight methodologies and technology forecasting
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through white papers and investor presentations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives for 2026 tech milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurism with 10+ years tech leadership experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems (IEEE/Nature preferred)
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level (>10M users)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for disruptive tech initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized with >$50M revenue impact
