Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Identify and quantify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market impact potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse industries
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026-2030
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and future-focused organizations
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and investor boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
