Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026-2035 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish early-warning systems for technological obsolescence and regulatory shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or innovation management
