Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven projections
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with $50M+ potential
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Thinking, or Futurology
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging tech disruption (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio of 3+ future-tech prototypes or strategic roadmaps
