Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic implementation plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across strategic initiatives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
