Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership
- Create actionable roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation ROI
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and government futurist partners
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
