Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams
