Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings on exponential technologies (quantum, bio-digital convergence, AGI)
- Architect enterprise resilience strategies for disruptive market shifts through 2030
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and paradigm-shifting thinking
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
