Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating market shifts in Web4 and decentralized systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants through NSF and DARPA proposal development
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD researchers and patent attorneys
- Present strategic forecasts at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of launching 3+ billion-dollar tech innovations
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Active portfolio of 10+ technology patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
