- Pioneer novel methodologies for trend analysis and scenario planning
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-industry trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., HBR, Wired)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption and market evolution
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
