- Develop innovation frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state strategies
- Design scalable prototypes for emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, metaverse, AGI)
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable and ethical innovation pathways
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Innovation Management (CIMI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
