Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework, scanning horizon signals across tech, geopolitics, and societal shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making and R&D prioritization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate trend identification
- Design and implement organizational resilience protocols for systemic disruptions
- Present foresight findings to boards and investors to secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, clean energy)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published work or speaking engagements on emerging trends or long-term strategy
