Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emergent tech solutions (quantum interfaces, neural networks, etc.)
- Analyze global socio-technical trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Create predictive models for AI-human collaboration ecosystems
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Establish industry partnerships with academic and corporate innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping product launches
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
