Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops on emerging technology adoption and societal impact
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-generation technology deployment
- Present strategic visions at global innovation summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of foresight talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED/World Economic Forum a plus)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, System Dynamics
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
