Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks to anticipate disruptions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and strategic communication
- Measure and forecast long-term market impacts using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging C-level executives and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional credentials
