- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for investor relations
- Champion human-centered design principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, digital sovereignty)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
