Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for 2026 roadmap projects.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale generative models and natural language processing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure model reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines for real-time inference.
- Research emerging trends in AI, including multimodal learning and edge computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
