Responsibilities

- Lead foresight workshops with stakeholders to align on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into design and development lifecycles
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or impact-driven strategic initiatives
