- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce high-impact reports visualizing long-term tech disruption risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios for enterprise clients
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or climate tech policy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, journals)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
