Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to predict 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions (e.g., autonomous systems, personalized medicine)
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight methodologies or emerging tech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives across multiple industries
