- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models to guide long-term R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives and market-entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation and user-centric design
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors to maintain competitive foresight
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Monitor and analyze competitive disruption vectors to preempt market shifts and identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation through ambiguity
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives resulting in measurable market impact
