Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models and roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
