- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead a 10-person innovation lab with $5M annual R&D budget
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready culture adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in exponential technologies and future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
