Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives targeting 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning our brand as a future-shaper
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
