Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing future-proof products and services
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' commercial viability and ethical implications
- Create foresight frameworks to guide organizational adaptation and resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) highly valued
