Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons, translating foresight into R&D roadmaps and product innovation pipelines
- Lead "Future Labs" with industry pioneers to co-create next-generation solutions
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to emerging workforce paradigms
- Pioneer foresight methodologies and publish thought leadership in emerging fields
- Integrate futures thinking into corporate strategy, M&A decisions, and venture investments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or delivered future-strategy implementations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global innovation ecosystems
