Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead innovation labs with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Create annual Future State reports and horizon scanning methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3)
