Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for executive leadership
- Identify and prioritize disruptive threats and opportunities across industries
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into pilot programs
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex concepts
