- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product development and business models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to capture cutting-edge knowledge
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early opportunity detection
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and academic research communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) highly desirable
